Kaplan to High Schoolers – “Keep Your Goals in Sight”

 

The Bucks County Courier Times covered Hashtag President Craig Kaplan’s speaking appearance before a group of Truman High School students interested in sports marketing. Kaplan discussed how setting goals helped him out of tough situations. Christian Menno wrote that Kaplan: “has worked his way to the top of the sports marketing world,” going on to say that Kaplan was “hoping to show them the endless possibilities that come from hard work.”

 

Said Kaplan about speaking to the Sports Marketing class:

“I think it’s great. When I started out, this was all in its infancy. Now all the big agencies have entire divisions devoted to sports marketing. But I wanted to point out to the kids, that you should be interested in the field, and not just be in it for the money. You need to be excited about the job you do every day.”
